Dear Carol,
Congratulations for providing your new Blue Bag Media web site to the citizens of Darke County and beyond. This certainly exemplifies the attitude of Ball Publishing Co. these many years of providing service to the community.
I am VERY impressed with the new look and lay-out of the Early Bird under Brother's Publishing, formally Ball Publishing. I am not sure how many people have noticed but I have talked with a few other folks from around the county that say they also like and enjoy the many positive new changes. Those I have spoken with think the paper overall not only looks better but it is much easier to read. Being more reader friendly especially for us older folks is important, so THANK YOU to whomever is responsible! Keep up the GOOD work and we all are looking forward to seeing what is coming next.
The Early Bird's carriers are required to have all papers delivered by Sunday evening at 7 p.m. If you do not receive your paper or are getting it late, please contact the distribution department at 547-0851 or our Publisher, Fred Foutz, at 548-3330.

I have an opening on my mailbox that is just for newspapers. Would it be possible for your carriers to put the paper in there instead of throwing it in the mud?
Please let us know if you ever have a problem with delivery or any other concern you have with the paper. Email or call Fred Foutz (publisher) or our distribution department and let us know your address so we can rectify the situation. The phone number and email links are listed above.
