Arcanum Early Learning Center registration info

ARCANUM--The Arcanum Early Learning Center will host an informational meeting concerning the 2013-2014 school year on March 26, 7 p.m. at the Arcanum Early Learning Center.

Additionally, preschool registration will take place April 16, 7 p.m. at the Arcanum Early Learning Center in the Field House. Doors will open at 7 p.m. Please bring the following paperwork to registration:

A copy of your child’s birth certificate (the official certificate issued by the county where your child was born), a copy of your child’s immunization records, a copy of any applicable custody paperwork, a physical form completed by your physician. (This form may be turned in later. Must have physical before school year starts), and an annual one-time $50 registration fee (checks payable to: Arcanum Early Learning Center).

The Arcanum Early Learning Center was created to provide the residents of the Arcanum-Butler Local School District the opportunity for their children to attend preschool. Open enrollment for students living outside of the district is approved when space is available. Parents must complete a district open enrollment form when registering and be approved by the Arcanum-Butler Local School District administration. Please note the following priority list for enrollment purposes:

1. Arcanum-Butler Local School District residents and district staff.

2. Out-of-district students previously enrolled at AELC.

3. Out-of-district students on a first come first serve basis during registration. Out of district residents must re-register each year and complete an open enrollment form. Unfortunately, previously enrolled out-of-district students cannot be guaranteed a spot for the following year.
