Ansonia Scouts are Scouting for Food

ANSONIA – Both units of Ansonia (Cub Pack 114 and Troop 114) will be conducting the annual Scouting for Food. All families will distribute the bags with a flyer on March 9. Non perishable food items can be given in the bags, which will be picked up on March 16. The scout families will pick up after 10 a.m. Please put the Scouting Bag in plain sight or call 337-4742.

All returned bags will be put in the Food Pantry at Ansonia United Methodist Church. This is for the northern part of Darke County and those in need may phone the church for details.

The Cub Master is Julie Thornhill and Den Leaders of Pack 114 are Jon and Angie Jones, Mike Eastridge, and Amy Baker.

The adults in Troop 114 are David Staver, S.M., Greg Baker, Mike Thornhill, Carl Post, Nathan Midlem, Gary Midlam, John Snyder, Ken and Marilyn Erwin and Mamie Warrick. The Ansonia Scouts are joining in this Scouting for Food will all other units in the Darke District of the Miami Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
