GREENVILLE – R. Kelly Ormsby III, prosecuting attorney for Darke County, released the following report on Grand Jury activity conducted by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Michael M. Whishman, Van Wert – Indicted on a charge of Possession of Heroin based on an investigation by the Ohio State Patrol

James N. Frazier, Palestine – Indicted on a charge of Aggravated Burglary based on an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office

Dwayne P. Fugett II, Greenville – Indicted on a charge of Aggravated Burglary based on an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office

David A. Green, Union City – Indicted on a charge of Aggravated Burglary based on an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office

Terry D. Hodge, New Madison – Indicted on a charge of two counts of Aggravated Burglary and Violating a Civil Protection Order based on an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office

Carissima T. Rapier, Greenville – Indicted on a charge of Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Heroin based on an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office
