GREENVILLE--Main Street Greenville, Inc. appreciates the reason why Ohio Magazine editors selected Greenville as a 2012/2013 Best Hometown: “Because it embodies all of the qualities and characteristics that make Ohio hometowns so special: family-friendly events, inviting green spaces, a variety of shops and restaurants as well as an amazing sense of community.”
Bustling downtown shops and restaurants along with beautiful parks, rich history and attractive neighborhoods were mentioned as things that create the type of place that residents are proud to call “home.”
Main Street Greenville, Inc. wants to assist residents of Greenville in displaying their pride with “Best Hometown” merchandise including scarves, gloves, ear bands and travel blankets. All of these products are available for sale along with the November issue of Ohio Magazine with Greenville on the cover at Readmore’s Hallmark in downtown Greenville.
Merchandise will also be available at the Hometown Holiday Horse Parade on Nov. 17. All proceeds help Main Street Greenville stimulate and support revitalization efforts, historic preservation and economic growth in historic downtown Greenville.
Main Street Greenville, Inc. wishes to thank the following hometown businesses for showing their hometown spirit in supporting this merchandise: Bistro Off Broadway, Greenville National Bank, Second National Bank, Wayne Healthcare and Zechar-Bailey Funeral Homes.
