DARKE COUNTY--Community Action Partnership is accepting appointments for the Summer Crisis Program. The program will begin June 1, 2012 and continue through August 31, 2012 or until funds are depleted.
Darke County residents who are income eligible and age 60 or older may receive a credit on their current electric bill, up to $250. No disconnect is needed for seniors to receive this credit.
Darke County residents younger than the age of 60 and who meet income guidelines must have a physician statement or have a disconnection notice for Electric Utility to receive assistance with their current bill.
