WINCHESTER, IN--Camp Yale is excited to announce the launch of a
NEW summer day camp program sponsored by a grant from the Community Foundation
of Randolph County, Inc. The primary focus of each camp is to introduce and
foster a child’s sense of wonder about the natural world. From 9 a.m.-noon each day, Naturalist
leaders will include stories, songs, hikes, hand-on activities, snacks and
crafts. Pre-registration is required and
the camps are only $50 per child for the entire week. The first camp “Icky, Squish and Fishy,” designed
for 8-9 year olds, begins June 11; 6-7year olds are invited to camp July 16-20
for “It’s a Bird, It’s a Bug, It’s Super Nature” and the 10-11 year old camp,
“Batteries not Included” begins Aug. 6.
